Our client, a high-performing digital marketing agency, is seeking a Digital Account Manager with a strong background in performance marketing and a passion for AI-driven strategy. What you’ll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable digital marketing strategies
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Oversee campaign execution across paid search, social, programmatic, and display in collaboration with Ad Operations
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with objectives, timelines, and budgets while maintaining a high standard of delivery
- Interpret performance data and identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and efficiency
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance workflows and campaign performance
- Support initiatives across SEO, AEO, and emerging AI-driven search strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution
What you bring
- 5–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media
- Proven experience managing client relationships and performance marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Current Google Ads certifications
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Comfort working remotely while engaging with clients across the GTA
Nice to have
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and emerging AI search strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
