What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Translate client goals into clear, actionable digital marketing strategies
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Oversee campaign execution across paid search, social, programmatic, and display in collaboration with Ad Operations
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with objectives, timelines, and budgets while maintaining a high standard of delivery
  • Interpret performance data and identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and efficiency
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance workflows and campaign performance
  • Support initiatives across SEO, AEO, and emerging AI-driven search strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution

What you bring

  • 5–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and performance marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Current Google Ads certifications
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Comfort working remotely while engaging with clients across the GTA

Nice to have

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and emerging AI search strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
