The TechWyse Account Management team is growing quickly and we are looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager to join us! Our ideal candidate is versatile, can execute on projects, provide reporting on campaigns, run client meetings with confidence and is constantly looking for ways to improve our clients’ performance.
The Account Manager is the first point of contact for clients. If you have an interest in helping businesses grow online, while having some fun and making lifelong friends, this is the role for you!
Role Description
- Build and maintain existing client relationships by providing expert account management and improvement recommendations
- Development of digital campaign strategy
- Monitor, measure and report on metrics each month
- Establish goals and meet performance targets with clients and TechWyse
Desired Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of any of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Display Networks, SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization and any other traffic building and measurement program
- Strong communication skills including ability to develop strategies for both business owners and marketing executives
- Relationship management
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Sales experience
- Client focused, strong communicator with fluency in English
- Experience in client meetings
- A strong passion for digital marketing
Nice to Have
- Google Analytics and Google Ads accreditations
- Facebook Blueprint accreditation
- Hubspot Inbound
