As a Digital Account Strategist, you will be at the center of this evolution, fostering advertising partnerships and driving significant revenue growth. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be onsite 3 days a week in Hoboken, NJ.

What You’ll Do

You will play a pivotal role in delivering conversion-driven and brand-building results for our partners through strategic insight and hands-on execution.

  • Strategy & Optimization: Manage and optimize supplier advertising campaigns and revenues; develop strategic recommendations based on deep dives into supplier business goals.
  • Creative & Technical Lead: Lead the end-to-end creative process between suppliers and internal teams; provide technical guidance on campaign specs and lead troubleshooting efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Campaign Management on activation/trafficking and Measurement & Analytics to ensure reporting integrity.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships, lead campaign kick-offs, and identify upsell opportunities beyond initial contracts.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales professionals to develop proposals, evaluate deals, and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Mentorship: Act as a leader within the team by mentoring Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates.

Must-Have Qualifications

We are looking for resourceful, adaptable professionals who can navigate a large organization while maintaining the speed of a nimble startup environment.

  • Education: A four-year college degree.
  • Client Leadership: Proven ability to lead day-to-day client relationships and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
  • Media Planning: Hands-on experience developing comprehensive media plan recommendations.
  • Data Literacy: Familiarity with analytics, advertising technology, and Data Management Platforms (DMP), supported by strong quantitative skills.
  • Project Management: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional follow-through to ensure accountability across teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable escalating key issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Agility: Ability to work proactively under pressure and manage multiple ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
