We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Account Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the strategic analytics, generate actionable insights, and enhance performance for a portfolio of accounts while engaging directly in campaign execution across digital media, paid search, and web. If you excel at facilitating strategy and execution—converting data into compelling narratives for clients—this position is perfect for you.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead monthly strategy presentations and campaign performance evaluations.
- Transform client business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective offer copy and messaging strategies for each vehicle.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
Tactical responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to guarantee that assets are properly built, executed, and monitored.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports complete with actionable insights.
- Oversee campaign timelines, trafficking workflows, and asset deadlines.
- Support quality assurance of campaign setups and creative execution.
- Continuously monitor campaign pacing and performance across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and DV360 throughout each month.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or agency account management.
- A proven ability to manage client relationships in an agency setting.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and GA4.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating campaign data into clear, persuasive narratives for clients.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
- Experience in automotive advertising is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Candidates residing in the Los Angeles area are preferred.
- Willingness to travel at least 15% of the time.
