The Digital Analyst will support the growth and optimisation of the eCommerce platform by providing data-driven insights, managing digital performance reporting, and supporting key digital initiatives such as punch-out integrations, SEO, paid media, and shopper advertising. This role is highly analytical and plays a critical role in improving traffic quality, conversion rates, and online revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyse eCommerce performance across traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer behaviour.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using GA4, Google Looker Studio, and other analytics tools
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities across the digital funnel.
  • Provide actionable insights to support merchandising, marketing, and UX decisions
  • Assist with punch-out integrations (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa or similar B2B procurement platforms).
  • Support testing, validation, and performance monitoring of punch-out catalogues
  • Support and monitor SEO performance, including rankings, organic traffic, and landing page effectiveness
  • Support optimisation of campaigns through data insights (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates).
  • Monitor and report on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads performance
  • Analyse user behaviour (funnels, drop-offs, heatmaps where available).
  • Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives and A/B testing analysis

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a digital analytics or eCommerce role (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing channels
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience with Google Ads (Search & Shopping).
  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools.
  • Exposure to B2B punch-out integrations
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools (advantageous)
