Digital Analytics and Retention Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Analytics & Insights Specialist at YOUGotaGift Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading analytics efforts to track, measure, and optimize user behavior across app and web platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

- Utilizing CleverTap and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to drive analytics efforts for user behavior tracking. - Deploying GTM tags to track events & parameters for analytics platforms. - Defining and implementing custom events, parameters, and funnels for capturing meaningful user interactions. - Building, maintaining, and automating performance dashboards using Looker Studio and other visualization tools. - Translating complex data into actionable business insights and growth opportunities.

In addition to Marketing Analytics, you will also be involved in Digital Marketing Planning & Optimization, Martech & Automation Management, Performance Reporting & Decision Support, and B2B Marketing & CRM Management.

Qualifications & Experience required for this role include:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. - 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or martech management. - Proven expertise in CleverTap or similar marketing automation platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization and campaign performance measurement. - Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and SEO optimization projects. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams.
