This role is responsible for developing and implementing our digital and social media strategy to raise brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important KPIs
• Manage and oversee content creation
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest technologies and trends
• Use social media marketing tools such as
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers
• Develop strategy and set goals for the social media team
• Generate engaging content for social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries
• Monitor and report on user engagement
• Analyze social media campaigns’ performance and ROI
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Set the overall social media strategy and manage the social media team
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Manage and oversee social media content

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social media manager or similar role
• Proven experience in developing social media strategies and content plans
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and marketing skills
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field, or equivalent experience
