About the Role

SAS VENTURES is seeking a creative and user-focused Digital Banking UX Specialist / Fintech Customer Experience Designer / Product Designer to craft seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences for digital banking and fintech products. This role focuses on designing customer-centric interfaces and workflows that drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for digital banking platforms and fintech products
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement designs
• Ensure design consistency across platforms and adherence to brand guidelines
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize product usability
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, fintech innovations, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI design for digital banking, fintech, or financial platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, wireframes, prototypes, and UI work
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
• Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and micro-interactions
• Experience with responsive and mobile‑first design
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure UX effectiveness
• Background in product design or human‑computer interaction (HCI)
• Experience in agile product development environments
