Digital Business Analyst

About the Role

Our Client, an established global IT consultancy are looking for several Digital Business Analysts and Consultants to be based in Bern or Zurich.

Working within an innovative team, within this job you will be responsible for speaking with clients from a variety of different sectors about their business models, technology set up and strategy to identify areas of improvement or value‑add before running programmes to enable this.

These will mainly be technical digital projects and will involve topics such as cloud, big data, mobile, IOT, etc.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients from a variety of different sectors about their business models, technology set up and strategy.
• Identify areas of improvement or value‑add.
• Run programmes to enable identified improvements.
• Work on technical digital projects involving topics such as cloud, big data, mobile, IOT, etc.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant on Digital projects
• An understanding of the digital landscape from a technical, process and strategy perspective
• Knowledge of topics such as Agile, Big Data, Data Analytics, AI, Customer Journeys, Digital strategy, business processes, Cloud, IOT, mobile etc (not all necessary)
• Excellent presentation skills in both German and English
