Initially specializing in mobile digital marketing (CPaaS), HIGHCONNEXION has developed its offering towards payment (PPaaS) to be present "from customer acquisition to the point of sale".
HighCONNEXION collaborates with over 370 companies and associations. Its solutions are used in various contexts: SMS appointment confirmations, mobile transport ticket purchases, SMS contests for events, delivery notifications, SMS donations to NGOs, and mobile loyalty campaigns.
Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, the candidate will be a key player in the business development. They will build and develop their client portfolio from end to end, from prospecting to signing.
Missions:
- Identify new business opportunities;
- Identify key decision-makers and develop your network;
- Conduct multi-channel prospecting actions (email, phone, LinkedIn);
- Generate and qualify commercial appointments;
- Understand and analyze customer needs;
- Present and adapt High Connexion's value proposition;
- Manage the entire sales cycle up to contracting;
- Negotiate in demanding environments;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial practices (feedback sharing, methods, field feedback);
- Participate in the company's influence and the promotion of its solutions.
The position is located in the Paris region.
Profile
With higher education, you have a few years of experience in business development, ideally in messaging (SMS, RCS-Reach Communication Services) and digital/SaaS solutions. A marketing sensibility is a plus. Strong prospecting and commercial development skills (hunter).
