As a Digital Business Project Manager, you will shape the digital transformation of our customers along the entire customer lifecycle – from sales to service to marketing. You think in processes, not in tools. You guide customers through complexity and provide teams with orientation. Responsibilities
- Independently lead complex digital business projects in the area of Sales, Service, and Marketing – from process analysis to go-live and beyond.
- Analyze, structure, and transfer digital business processes along the entire customer lifecycle into scalable, value-adding solutions.
- Act as a central interface between customers, business consulting, development, and other specialist areas.
- Guide customers through complex decision-making processes and gradually build trust at management level.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners and ensure clarity and orientation.
- Actively integrate AI tools into your daily project work (e.g., for documentation, process analysis, communication, workshops) and actively contribute their added value to customers.
- Work closely with Business Consultants and seamlessly connect consulting and implementation phases.
Qualifications
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in IT project management or digital transformation, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
- You understand digital sales, service, and marketing processes and can translate them into meaningful, practical digital solutions.
- You have experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and maintain an overview and orientation even in demanding situations.
- You have experience with enterprise platforms in the CX environment (e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation, or service platforms). Knowledge of SAP CX/Commerce or Salesforce is a plus.
- You recognize where processes are inefficient, where data is missing, and where digital solutions make a difference: not just technically, but in the daily business of customers.
- You use AI tools in your daily work, learn how they change project work, and are curious about developing this knowledge further.
- You present yourself confidently and professionally and can communicate and moderate well between business, IT, and management.
- You have very good German and English skills. French is a plus.
- You are willing to travel and value personal exchange with our customers on-site.
