About the role

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Performance Manager to drive growth and execution across Amazon and digital retail channels.

In this role, you will translate commercial strategy into execution, optimizing traffic, conversion, and sales performance at both category and product (ASIN) level. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

Amazon Performance & Growth

  • Own end-to-end performance across Amazon (Vendor/Seller Central)
  • Execute growth strategies across categories and product listings (ASINs)
  • Optimize digital shelf, SEO, promotions, pricing, and availability

Retail Media & Campaign Execution

  • Manage and optimize retail media investments in partnership with agencies
  • Align media strategy with commercial priorities and key events
  • Lead planning and execution of major sales events (e.g., peak retail moments)

Performance Management & Insights

  • Lead performance reviews, identify gaps, and drive optimization actions
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Translate data into clear recommendations to improve ROI and growth

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with brand, supply chain, finance, and analytics teams
  • Work with account management and agency partners to remove performance barriers
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure execution excellence

Your profile

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or retail media
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon platforms (Vendor or Seller Central)
  • Experience managing retail media and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrix organizations
