About the role
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a digital content strategy that supports brand awareness, engagement, and sales. • Plan and manage content calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). • Oversee content creation for social, website, and e-commerce platforms. • Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns (promotions, launches, newsletters, customer retention). • Coordinate content with product availability to support campaigns and offers. • Manage and update inventory listings across online platforms and e-commerce apps. • Ensure accurate product descriptions, visuals, pricing, and availability across all digital channels. • Monitor content, email, and sales performance, using insights to optimise future campaigns. • Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Requirments: • Minimum BSc. • 3 years of previous experience in a similar role. • Have worked with food, wellness, or lifestyle brands. • Understand customer journeys from content checkout. • Can turn a product launch into a full digital moment. • Love healthy food. • Can turn a simple parfait into premium content.
