Digital Designer - Marketing Team

Location: Almere, NL (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time (32-40 hours)

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Designer to join our growing marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both designing and building -from creating visual assets to launching and optimising landing pages in WordPress. You'll work on a wide variety of projects that directly support campaigns, lead generation, and brand growth.

You'll have a high level of : taking ideas from concept to execution, managing your own work, and continuously improving what you build.

What You'll Do

Design & Marketing Assets

  • Create a wide range of marketing assets, including digital content, campaign visuals, sales decks, brochures, and event materials
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all outputs

Landing Pages & Web Execution

  • Design and build landing pages and campaign pages using WordPress + Elementor
  • Translate campaigns and ideas into live, user-friendly digital experiences
  • of your pages from build to optimisation

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Coordinate with sholders and external partners when needed

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital design, marketing design, or web design
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own projects
  • Strong experience with Figma / Adobe / Canva
  • Experience building pages in WordPress + Elementor (or similar tools)
  • Good understanding of UX, layout, and conversion-focused design
  • Hands-on mindset: you like to build, test, and improve

Qualifications

  • Uren: 32 - 40 uur per week
