About the Role

The Commerce (.COM) team at the bank's Marketing division is focused on reinventing discovery experiences to meet the unique needs of its customers. The Digital Experience Manager will lead and manage the creation, planning, and delivery of various web initiatives, analyzing their effectiveness, and optimizing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the creation, planning, and delivery of various web initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence content management and optimization across public websites.
  • Lead the Digital Commerce channel strategy to support client's goals and objectives.
  • Identify key Digital Commerce opportunities and support channel performance development.
  • Analyze site data and user behavior to optimize customer experience.
  • Develop innovative experiences using competitive landscape knowledge and industry trends.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and lead personalization opportunities.
  • Build A/B tests and personalized experiences to enhance customer experience and increase digital sales.

Mandatory Skills

  • 4+ years in Digital Experience Management, strategy, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the eCommerce space.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
  • Solid understanding of translating business strategy into digital experience through personalization and A/B testing.
  • Proven experience leading strategies and roadmaps to deliver business goals.
  • 1+ years of front-end experience using HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in the financial industry.
  • Experience utilizing web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of web content and SEO to drive optimizations.
  • Experience using Project Management software (such as JIRA, Confluence, or WorkFront).
  • Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
