Our major HCP client is seeking a Digital Experience Marketing Manager to join their team for an 8-9 month assignment in Alameda, CA. This role is responsible for end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on website marketing and paid media. The position supports enterprise digital experiences by overseeing campaign execution, optimization, testing, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, driving performance across digital channels while ensuring alignment with branding, marketing objectives, and launches.
The Basics
- Duration: 8-9 month assignment
- Hours per week: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Location: Onsite in Alameda, CA
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- 5 to 6+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with strong ownership of website marketing initiatives
- Hands-on experience managing paid media programs, including digital display, SEM, and paid social
- Experience leading A/B testing, UAT testing, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or IT required
- MBA preferred
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex digital ecosystems
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using digital analytics tools
- Ability to balance multiple initiatives across creative, technical, and marketing teams
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives from creative development through trafficking, optimization, and conversion
- Manage website marketing initiatives, including content strategy, roadmapping, and execution of marketing assets
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, IT teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to deliver digital programs
- Ensure all digital assets align with branding standards, campaigns, and launch requirements
- Lead A/B testing, QA testing, and user acceptance testing to improve performance and user experience
- Document and maintain user flows, scenarios, and operational processes to support digital execution
- Support implementation of multi-channel digital programs and contribute to enterprise digital best practices

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
