Digital Growth Lead
Storm Creek
About the role
About Us
Storm Creek is not just another apparel brand. We're a women-owned, B Corp‑certified company on a mission to prove that you can build a high‑growth business while doing real good in the world. From sustainably made products to donating 5%+ of profits, everything we do is rooted in impact.
But what truly sets us apart is how we think. We're curious. We move fast. We challenge "good enough." And we believe great ideas only matter if they turn into real results.
As we scale, we're investing in the next evolution of our marketing engine — one that is not just creative, but measurable, repeatable, and built to drive revenue.
Why This Role Exists
Storm Creek does not need "more digital marketing." We need a stronger digital growth engine.
Today, we have strong brand, product, and campaign instincts. What we're building next is the connective tissue between great marketing ideas and real business impact — the systems, channels, and performance mindset that turn attention into action, and marketing into measurable growth.
This role exists to help Storm Creek scale smarter: by improving how we attract, convert, and retain customers across both DTC ecommerce and B2B / distributor‑driven marketing efforts.
Position Overview
The Digital Growth Lead is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Storm Creek's digital growth engine — turning strong brand, campaign, and product marketing into measurable pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
This role owns the digital funnel across traffic, lead generation, conversion, lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, website performance, and reporting. It's ideal for a digitally fluent, commercially minded marketer who can think strategically, execute independently, and continuously optimize based on performance.
This is a high‑impact role on a lean marketing team. The right person will help make our marketing more scalable, measurable, conversion‑focused, and revenue‑driving as Storm Creek continues to grow.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means:

- Website experiences are continuously improving based on customer behavior and performance data
- Leadership has better visibility into what's driving growth — and where to invest next
This role is not about simply "keeping digital moving." It's about helping Storm Creek build a smarter, stronger, more scalable marketing engine.
