Digital Growth & SEO Manager

(Philippine-Based | Contract | Full-Time Availability)

PAVA USA is looking for a highly strategic, results-driven Digital Growth & SEO Manager to help build and scale our in-house marketing function across multiple affiliated practices.

Rate: $10-$20 USD depending on experience and skill set.

We are starting with three core brands:

  • PAVA USA
  • Optimal Health & Wellness
  • Mariposa Aesthetics (including its online store / eCommerce platform)

As this initiative proves successful, the long-term goal is to bring the digital marketing function in-house across all PAVA-affiliated practices and locations.

This role is designed for someone who can lead strategy, execution, reporting, and growth independently. We are not looking for entry-level candidates or individuals who require detailed step-by-step instruction.

This is a contract-based role, but full-time availability is required due to the need to manage multiple brands and locations.

Role Overview

You will lead digital growth initiatives across SEO, website performance, content strategy, local search, online store growth, reporting dashboards, and digital visibility. This role combines strategy + hands-on execution.

You will be expected to:

Success in this role means owning the direction and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Performance

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy across all assigned websites
  • Execute technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO initiatives
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and search opportunity analysis
  • Improve rankings, organic traffic, and local visibility
  • Manage backlink strategies and authority growth
  • Perform regular technical audits (crawl, indexation, schema, site speed, mobile performance)

2. Website Management

  • Manage and update websites using WordPress
  • Add and edit pages, blogs, links, landing pages, metadata, and site content
  • Improve user experience and conversion pathways
  • Coordinate technical updates as needed

3. Content Creation

  • Create SEO-driven blogs, website articles, GBP content, and digital marketing copy
  • Develop content for social media and local visibility efforts
  • Source or create supporting visual assets using:
  • AI tools
  • stock imagery
  • basic design tools
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand and SEO objectives

4. Local SEO & GBP Management

  • Manage Google Business Profiles
  • Optimize listings for local search performance
  • Publish updates and posts
  • Respond to general Google reviews professionally
  • Improve local rankings and map pack visibility

5. eCommerce / Shopify Growth

  • Manage and optimize Shopify or similar online store platforms
  • Improve organic and paid traffic opportunities for product pages
  • Optimize collections, product descriptions, metadata, and conversion flows
  • Support revenue growth strategies for online stores

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting
  • Build and manage dashboards using Looker Studio or other BI tools
  • Integrate data sources such as:
  • GA4
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Business Profile
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs
  • Social platforms
  • Advertising platforms
  • Other tools that may be required
  • Present actionable insights to leadership and partner clinics
  • Recommend and build better visualization/reporting systems if needed

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Meet regularly with partner clinics and leadership
  • Review performance results and growth direction
  • Recommend action plans and timelines
  • Help guide strategic marketing decisions

8. Paid Ads (Strong Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience managing Google Ads / Meta Ads is strongly preferred
  • Ability to support paid growth initiatives is a major plus

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end SEO experience
  • Strong expertise in technical, local, and content SEO
  • Proven track record of measurable growth results
  • Strong WordPress website management experience
  • Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Experience building performance dashboards and reports
  • Strong strategic thinking and independent execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
  • Highly proactive and self-directed

Nice to Have

  • Paid ads management experience
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or medical practices
  • Portfolio / case studies showing results
  • Experience with AI tools for content and visual support
