Your Daily Life

L’activité Systèmes terrestres et aériens basé sur le site de Massy est leader dans les systèmes de commandement et de contrôle des opérations aériennes et les systèmes radars de défense aérienne.

• You will lead digital learning projects: scoping meetings with internal stakeholders, workload planning, schedule monitoring, meeting deadlines and ensuring deliverable quality.
• You will participate in all phases of the ADDIE cycle, and in particular design storyboards and digital module products using authoring tools.
• You will configure, test, and publish content on the LMS platform.
• You will gather feedback, improve modules, and promote best practices in digital learning.
• In collaboration with other team members, you will contribute to the communication and marketing of the Academy's offering (news, presentations at marketplaces…).

Your Profile

Your priority is to support employees in their skill development through the creation of on-site training and support offerings? Do you want to design and deliver learning solutions (face-to-face training, digital learning, knowledge sharing plans…), leveraging the expertise of subject matter experts within the entity?

You have a Master's degree (BAC+5) and experience in:

• Developing skills in instructional design, applied to digital learning?
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Storyline, RISE, Kumullus, RapidMooc, Vyond, serious games…)?
• Creativity and a passion for creating engaging, playful learning environments with impactful visuals?
• Experience with tools for creating tutorials, video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe CC, Camtasia), graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and infographics?

Are rigor, pragmatism, teamwork, synthesis, and adaptability recognized strengths of yours?
