Digital Marketer / Ads Specialist

About the Role

NeoHomes Limited is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer / Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, drive brand visibility, and support property sales. The ideal candidate must understand paid advertising, audience targeting, lead generation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Generate and optimize qualified leads for property sales and inspections
• Monitor ad performance and improve campaign ROI
• Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies
• Conduct audience targeting and retargeting campaigns
• Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with content and sales teams to align marketing objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or paid advertising
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads through digital campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, conversion funnels, and remarketing strategies is an advantage
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
