Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, result-driven, and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, increase audience engagement, and support overall business growth.

The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, content creation abilities, and hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and other online channels.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports using analytics tools to measure ROI and improve results.
  • Conduct market research and identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through data-driven marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and other digital marketing platforms/tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
