Cheymaxim is a Digital Marketing Agency in Somerset West, Cape Town. We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our client interactions, ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets the mark. Your role will center around client satisfaction, project management, and assisting with innovative strategic planning, all within the digital marketing and web development arena.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Be the go-to person for clients, delving into their business needs and objectives.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Address client concerns proactively.
Project Management:
- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Work closely with the production manager/traffic manager to effectively schedule and allocate resources.
- Keep projects on track with client expectations, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Strategic Planning:
- Partner with clients and lead the team in crafting digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Spot opportunities to enhance service offerings through upselling or cross-selling.
Communication and Reporting:
- Keep the lines of communication flowing between clients and our team, making sure everyone's in sync.
- Regularly communicate and report on account status and campaign performance.
Team Collaboration:
- Ensure projects align with client expectations and leverage our agency’s creative firepower.
- Provide targeted, constructive feedback to the creative team to refine and elevate project outcomes.
Role-Related Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing client relationships and directing projects, specifically within a digital marketing setting.
- Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and multi-project management abilities.
- Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a relentless drive to deliver top-tier client service and support team success.
