The Role
The Account Manager is the face of Crimson Media to our clients. You’ll own a portfolio of ~20 dental practice accounts, serving as their primary point of contact, strategic advisor, and internal quarterback. You’ll translate marketing data into confident business conversations — not just report numbers, but help clients understand the ROI of their investment and make smart decisions for long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own ~20 client accounts from onboarding through long-term retention
- Hold monthly MPRs (Monthly Performance Reviews) and send weekly campaign update emails
- Calculate and communicate Cost Per New Patient (CPNP) using 3-month rolling averages
- Use patient lifetime value (LTV) and national benchmarks to frame performance confidently
- Translate client calls into clear, detailed ClickUp task briefs for web and creative teams
- Collaborate daily with marketing, web, and content teams to execute campaigns on time and on brand
- Monitor accounts, escalate issues through proper channels, and keep all notes in ClickUp/Google Drive
- Maintain a 97%+ client retention rate through proactive strategy and strong relationships
- Participate in weekly leadership brainstorming and attend all team meetings
- Remain responsive via Slack during working hours

- Skilled at writing action-oriented internal task briefs (ClickUp) for teams not on the client call
Qualifications
- Marketing experience, preferably in a digital or agency setting
- Excellent rapport-building and relationship management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to communicate by phone, video, and email
- Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking; solutions-oriented under pressure
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Trustworthy, autonomous, and accountable — thrives in a remote environment
- Coachable and growth-minded; willing to learn scripts, dialogues, and new tools
- Strict attention to detail and cross-checking of all data.
Communication & Chain of Command
- Daily: Slack with AM team and leadership for high-priority items.
- Weekly: EOW Client Scorecard to leadership by Friday 2 PM EST; attend department meeting.
- Monthly: MPRs with all assigned clients.
- When issues arise: search SOPs first → consult peers → escalate to leadership (CARS method) → follow up until resolved.
