Your Role
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving success for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing and managing client relationships, predominantly within the automotive repair industry.
- Analyzing and comprehending clients' current SEM strategies, effectively communicating status updates, and proposing strategies for improvement.
- Proactively engaging with clients through phone and email, fostering enduring partnerships.
- Collaborating with various departments to synchronize strategies and achieve seamless execution.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing unparalleled support.
- Utilizing internal resources adeptly for delegation and client support.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging strategies.
- Adapting and evolving in line with company needs and evolving responsibilities.
What's in Your Toolkit
- Genuine passion for driving our clients' success.
- 4+ years of experience on the agency side, adeptly managing client relationships (Required).
- Profound understanding of digital marketing, especially SEM, PPC, and SEO (Required).
- Familiarity with various tools, including GA, G-ads, and CRM platforms (Required).
- Experience within the Martech industry is a plus.
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, capable of thriving both individually and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking that dares to explore beyond conventional boundaries.
- A knack for prioritization and efficient task completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a penchant for "follow-up."

- Google AdWords: 3 years (Required)
- Google Analytics: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification

Location
Our office is centrally located in Columbia, MD, just minutes away from a range of dining options, event venues, and major routes. This is a full-time position with potential for limited travel.
