About the Role

You aren’t just a "middleman." You are the strategic partner our clients rely on. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to pivot quickly without losing sight of the details.

  • Be the Bridge: Act as the primary advocate for your clients, translating their business goals into actionable strategies for our internal specialists.
  • Critical Thinking: You don't just "pass along" data. You analyze it. You’ll look at intent-based data and buyer behavior to provide recommendations that actually move the needle.
  • Master Communication: Whether it’s a tough strategy pivot or a celebratory monthly report, you lead the conversation with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work side-by-side with our creative and technical teams to ensure we are delivering the "exceptional," not just the "average."

What You Bring to the Table

  • Relationship DNA: You have a track record of building trust-based relationships with clients. You’re not afraid to have the hard conversations or the big brainstorms.

  • Experience: Previous experience in account management (digital marketing agency experience is a huge plus). That said, we are open to someone who doesn't have a great deal of experience if their dedication to learn and grow is significant.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
