Amundi Real Assets (ARA) is the alternative‑assets arm of Amundi, the European leader in asset management. Within the Marketing, Communication & Product Development team (≈10 people) we ‑ together with sales, product, and technology – drive the visibility of our hedge‑fund and private‑market solutions, create compelling content, and deliver the tools our internal sales forces and external clients need to succeed.


🔎 What you’ll do

Domain Key responsibilities
1️⃣ CRM Adoption & Marketing Automation • Act as the change‑management champion for the rollout of the new CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent) across the marketing organisation.
• Design, launch and monitor digital campaigns directly inside the CRM (email, nurture, event‑driven flows).
• Define and maintain segmentation rules for internal audiences and coordinate with sales & chiefs of staff on client distribution lists.
• Build, test and optimise lead‑scoring & qualification workflows to guarantee high‑quality data and smooth hand‑over to sales.
• Create user guides, e‑learning modules and run hands‑on workshops for marketers, analysts and sales‑ops teams.
2️⃣ Institutional Data Management • Keep Amundi Real Assets’ product pages on external platforms (HFR, HFM, Barclays Hedge, Eurakahedge, Albourne, Preqin, …) accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the central Amundi consultant team to ensure consistent product taxonomy and data quality.
• Respond to market surveys, support award submissions and help position ARA as a thought‑leader.
3️⃣ Website & Digital Asset Governance • Coordinate with IT & UX teams to deliver continuous functional improvements on the “MyAltPlatform” portal (risk & exposure data for Amundi hedge funds).
• Validate that all quantitative and qualitative fund information displayed on Amundi websites is precise, compliant and refreshed on schedule.
4️⃣ Cross‑functional Collaboration • Partner with product, sales, compliance and data‑analytics teams to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Provide regular performance dashboards (campaign ROI, lead conversion, website traffic) to senior management.

🎓 Who you are

Education Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
Experience 3‑5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, CRM management or marketing automation – preferably in Asset Management, Banking or Financial Services.
Technical skills • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing‑automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, …).
• Good knowledge of SQL / basic data‑modeling for segmentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with financial databases (HFR, HFM, Preqin, Albourne, etc.) and the ability to ingest/export data via APIs or CSV.
Core competencies • Strong change‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Analytical mindset – comfortable building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus (required for internal communication).

• Proactive, self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment.

  • Coordinate IT teams to bring regular functional updates to the website "MyAltPlaftorm" , a dedicated website providing detailed information on risk & exposures of Amundi hedge funds
  • Ensure that all qualitative and quantitative information regarding our funds is accurate, up-to-date on Amundi websites
