Skin Medical Spa is seeking a talented social media and marketing manager to lead our online marketing presence and continue growing our business.

We’re building a premium brand with aggressive growth goals, and we’re looking for someone who wants to create high performing campaigns, is innovative, and understands analytics to dominate the digital space with us.

Role Includes:

• Work with our team to gather content to showcase treatments, results, and client experiences
• Create digital marketing campaigns
• Plan monthly content calendars for FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube
• Create photo and video content for Reels, Stories, ads, Before and Afters
• Manage paid social campaigns and launches
• Track and analyze analytics to continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversions
• Identify trends and growth opportunities in the aesthetics market

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in organically growing social media accounts
• Experience in content strategy, paid campaigns, and performance analytics
• Experience in creating and editing photo and video content
• Experience in email marketing
• Experience in planning events
• Customer service experience
• A passion for the aesthetics industry
• Self driven, innovative and results oriented

Bonus Skills:

• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and the wellness industry
• Photography / videography experience
• Experience with brand building

Requirements

It is a must to be able to come to the spa to work with the team and obtain content.

The hours will vary according to your skills.
