Traknova is a VC-backed, UK-based fleet management platform helping businesses and fleet operators track, manage and protect their vehicles, all from one powerful dashboard.
We're growing fast and looking for our first dedicated marketing hire. This is a hands-on role. You will be the one creating, publishing, optimising and executing across every channel. No delegating. No managing agencies. Just great work, full ownership, and real impact. • As a lean early-stage team, everyone chips in. Occasional admin and operational support may be required. We value people who are not too precious to roll up their sleeves.*

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Own and optimise our Webflow site
• Lead our SEO strategy for Google, Perplexity and SearchGPT
• Ensure we rank highly with fleet operators and business owners • *Content Creation**
• Create video content for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
• Write authoritative blog content that builds trust and drives traffic
• Build a consistent content engine that scales • *LinkedIn and B2B Outreach**
• Spearhead our LinkedIn presence
• Run outbound outreach to fleet managers and transport business owners
• Connect us with the right decision-makers • *Sales Enablement and Branding**
• Design and produce whitepapers, brochures and sales PDFs
• Maintain a consistent, premium brand across all touchpoints • *Performance Marketing**
• Set up and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads
• Build and run email funnels that convert leads into customers • *E-commerce**
• Set up and manage our digital shop
• Ensure a smooth purchase and subscription experience for customers

WHAT YOU MUST BRING
\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_
• Hands-on Webflow experience
• Strong SEO skills, technical, on-page and content-led
• Knowledge of AI search optimisation (Perplexity, SearchGPT, Google AI Overviews)
• Experience running Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads
• LinkedIn B2B outreach experience, ideally in tech or SaaS
• Video creation and editing skills for short and long-form content
• Experience producing sales collateral including brochures, whitepapers and PDFs
• E-commerce setup and management experience
• Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Brevo or similar)
• Reliable internet and a solid home working setup
