It is looking for a profile capable of driving high-performing marketing strategies and actively contributing to the international development of several digital brands.
Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development, performance, and visibility of several digital brands. As a true conductor, you will drive marketing strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and continuously optimize acquisition, conversion, and loyalty performance.
Your Missions
Define and drive brand marketing strategy
- Build growth strategies with management and Brand Owners
- Identify development levers: new markets, new offers, business optimizations
- Define performance and profitability-oriented action plans
- Track results and adjust priorities through a data-driven approach
Optimize digital and commercial performance
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns: acquisition, CRM, loyalty, e-commerce
- Analyze KPIs and quickly identify optimization opportunities
- Design and monitor testing strategies (A/B testing, personalization, segmentation)
- Integrate automation tools and AI solutions to improve performance and customer experience
- Optimize user journeys and conversion across all digital touchpoints
Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects
- Define project roadmaps with marketing and product teams
- Coordinate various functions: copywriting, design, IT, CRM, translation, data
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines
- Oversee post-launch follow-up and capitalize on campaign learnings
Profile Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar B2C digital marketing role
- Higher education in marketing, communication, business, or data
- Strong performance culture and results orientation
- Excellent command of analysis and reporting tools: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query), Power BI, Google Analytics 4
- Proficiency in CRM, emailing, and marketing automation tools: Adobe Campaign, Mautic, Mailchimp
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools: Adobe Target, AB Tasty, Convertize, Google Optimize
- Good command of CMS: WordPress, Drupal, Shopify
- Concrete knowledge of AI uses applied to marketing: content generation, marketing automation, advanced segmentation and personalization, campaign optimization
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment
Nice-to-have
- Experience in digital acquisition (SEA, SEO, Social Ads, programmatic)
- Good understanding of international and multilingual SEO challenges
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or advanced CRMs
- Product and customer experience sensibility
