Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (SEM, SEO, social media, email, content, display advertising).
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.
- Create compelling and engaging marketing content and creatives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage the company's social media presence and engagement strategies.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and automation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4‑6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
