Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Manager, Channels at ERM, your primary objective is to lead a team of digital marketing specialists focused on channel-specific optimization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure best-in-class execution of digital marketing channels, driving brand awareness, engagement with prospects, and generating demand to enhance the commercial performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities: - Strategically optimize digital marketing channels such as website, email, social media, and paid media/search to design and deliver multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns. - Craft customer journeys to nurture prospects across the marketing funnel, focusing on increasing awareness, encouraging engagement, and optimizing conversion rates. - Incorporate personalization into digital channels using demographic and behavioral indicators to enhance audience engagement. - Utilize marketing automation and CRM data to drive informed channel improvements. - Analyze data to provide insights for guiding channel strategies and supporting campaign teams in meeting KPIs. - Own the paid media strategy across search, social, display, and programmatic channels, setting performance targets, monitoring results, and optimizing spend. - Oversee website performance, collaborate with UX and development teams for improvements, and lead strategic enhancements to drive commercial performance. - Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, support them in achieving KPIs, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture. - Establish standardized processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure operational excellence in digital marketing outputs. - Ensure consistent usage and optimization of marketing platforms and tools, build dashboards to track channel performance, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and benchmarks to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial/team lead role. - Proven experience in managing multi-functional marketing teams and working knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Pardot/MCAE, Salesforce, Google Ads, etc. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on project management experience. - Exposure to a consulting firm marketing environment and ability to synthesize performance data for strategic recommendations are preferred skills for this role.
