We're Techfektor Media Group — the AI-powered marketing platform behind 560+ pool and outdoor living contractors.
We don't want another "account coordinator" who sends templated check-in emails and hopes clients don't cancel. We need someone who owns the relationship, fights for retention, closes upsells without being told, and turns every happy client into a referral machine.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Full Ownership of 50–80 Client Relationships
- Agency clients and SaaS clients. You are the face of Techfektor Media Group to every account you touch. Their success is your success. Their churn is your failure.
- Retention That's Borderline Obsessive
- Spot at-risk accounts before they even think about canceling. Run save calls that actually save accounts. Downgrade before you lose — keep the revenue in the building.
- Upsells & Cross-Sells That Feel Like Favors
- Identify what clients need and close it naturally. You see the gap in what they have vs. what they need, and you bridge it without being pushy.
- Demo Closing
- Run demos using our sales script and deck. Close new subscribers. Handle post-demo follow-up. Convert churning agency clients into SaaS subscribers. Target: 30%+ close rate.
- Referral Pipeline That Feeds Itself
- Every happy client should produce referrals. You ask. You follow up. You close them. This isn't optional — it's a core KPI.
- Proactive Client Communication
- Monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, KPI monitoring (CPL, lead volume, appointment rate, ROI). You catch problems before clients bring them to you.
- Coordination Across Teams
- Work with media buyers, ISA team, and tech/ops. You don't do their job — you make sure their work lands correctly for your clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extreme Self-Awareness — You know your strengths, weaknesses, and are always improving.
- Deep GHL Knowledge — You've built workflows, managed sub-accounts, run pipelines, and pulled reports in GoHighLevel. This isn't your first time.
- SaaS Sales Experience — You've sold or upsold SaaS products. You understand MRR, churn, LTV, and why retention is the game.
- Home Services Industry Knowledge — You've worked with contractors, local service businesses, or high-ticket industries. You know how they think.
- Ownership Mindset — You own your wins and losses and never make excuses. If a client is unhappy, you fix it before escalating.
- Obsessed With Follow-Up — You're ruthless about following up. Nothing falls through the cracks. Your CRM is clean. Your pipeline is current.
- Direct & Effective Communication — No fluff, no sugarcoating — just straight to solutions. You communicate in Slack like a professional, not a novelist.
Requirements (No Exceptions)
- 3+ years managing client accounts in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience — sub-accounts, workflows, pipelines, Conversation AI, reporting. Non-negotiable.
- Experience selling or upselling SaaS products. You've closed deals, not just managed accounts someone else sold.
- Understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation for local service businesses. You don't run the ads — but you need to speak the language and read the data.
- Excellent written + verbal English communication.
- Comfortable working US business hours (or significant overlap — you'll be on calls with US-based contractors).
- Self-managing and KPI-driven — if you need hand-holding, this is NOT for you.
Strong Preference For
- Experience in the contracting, pool builder, hardscape, or outdoor living niche.
- NEPQ or consultative sales methodology experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools — Conversation AI, Voice AI, chatbots.
- Experience with Monday.com, Slack, Stripe, n8n.
- Bilingual (English + Spanish).
- Track record of keeping churn below 5%.
