We are looking for a highly consultative and strategically thinking personality who will holistically support our clients, lead cross-channel digital marketing projects to success, and impress with empathy, foresight, and a hands-on mentality. You will combine customer needs with digital strategy, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and further develop long-term customer relationships.

What you will achieve with us

  • Self-directed, long-term consulting and close support of a fixed customer base as the central point of contact for strategic decisions
  • Development of comprehensive, data-driven digital strategies based on customer requirements and long-term business goals
  • Holistic support and coordination of cross-channel digital marketing projects in conjunction with our performance marketing, social media, SEO, web experience, and strategy experts
  • Translation of customer requirements into concrete roadmaps and measures, as well as management of the digital roadmap across all disciplines
  • Liaison between customers and interdisciplinary project teams, as well as collaboration with the creation, branding, and communication experts from the Farner Network team for integrated campaigns beyond the digital world
  • Further development of existing customer relationships by identifying new potentials and participation in pitches and offer development

You are a good fit for us if...

  • You have several years of professional experience in consulting and supporting clients in the digital environment, ideally on the agency side
  • You have sound knowledge in at least one digital discipline (e.g., SEA, SEO, Social Media, Programmatic, Content) and a very broad interdisciplinary understanding across other areas
  • You can define KPIs along the customer journey, interpret performance data, and derive strategic recommendations for action
  • You are proficient in using common campaign and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) and have an understanding of modern data ecosystems such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  • You are familiar with current trends such as AI in digital marketing, Generative Search, or automation and integrate them into your consulting
  • You understand and critically evaluate digital roadmaps and media plans at a strategic level, and further develop them together with our experts
  • You work independently, make decisions, and enjoy taking responsibility for your clients and projects
  • You have native-level German language skills and very good English skills; French or Italian skills are a welcome plus
