Digital Marketing Content Specialist

Role Summary

As a Digital Marketing Content Specialist, you will create compelling content that brings the Associated Bank brand to life across digital and print channels. You'll help connect customers to our products and services through clear, engaging storytelling that drives results. This role offers the opportunity to grow your digital marketing expertise while contributing to high-impact campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

• Create and publish engaging content across websites, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with marketing and design teams to develop cohesive, on-brand content.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices and keyword insights.
• Maintain consistent messaging across digital and traditional channels.
• Research customer needs and industry trends to inform content strategy.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience writing for digital platforms
• 2+ years of experience with SEO, PPC, or digital marketing strategies
• Broad knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content strategy

Preferred:

• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and content performance optimization
• Familiarity with user journeys and conversion-focused content creation
