Digital Marketing Intern

Are you looking to launch your career in digital marketing this summer? We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team.

This is not a shadowing or “busy work” internship. From day one, you’ll contribute to real client campaigns and Sagapixel’s own marketing efforts while learning how professional digital marketing actually works. You’ll work closely with our content, SEO, and paid media teams to create, repurpose, and analyze content that drives measurable results.

This role is designed for someone early in their marketing journey who wants hands-on experience, clear feedback, and the chance to grow. Strong interns may have opportunities to continue in a freelance or junior role after the summer.

What You’ll Work On

Paid Media (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

• Get introduced to how paid ads work on platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Assist with setting up and monitoring campaigns alongside experienced team members
• Learn the basics of targeting, budgets, and ad placements
• Help review ad performance and understand what makes ads successful
• Observe how ad copy is written, tested, and improved over time

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Learn the fundamentals of keyword and topic research
• Assist with research and prep work for SEO content
• Get familiar with on-page SEO basics, like titles, headings, and internal links
• Help track content performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush
• Learn how SEO supports long-term traffic growth

Content & Social Media Support

• Collaborate with the video and content team to brainstorm and plan content ideas
• Help turn long-form videos and blog posts into short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Assist with tracking engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, and clicks
• Learn how performance data is used to improve future content

The Details

• Summer internship (flexible hours, Monday–Friday preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
