Position Overview
Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team immediately through October 2026. This internship is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, website management, social media, and dealership marketing operations within a fast-paced automotive environment.
The Digital Marketing Intern will report directly to the Internet Marketing Manager and assist the Marketing Assistant with day-to-day marketing initiatives, including social media support, promotional campaigns, website updates, and digital asset management.
Internship Details

- Schedule: Flexible based on availability but preferred schedule is 9am-5pm
- Location: 1390 Eden Road; some travel to other locations may be required
- Compensation: $15/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Creative Support
- Create website banners and other creative website assets
- Assist with website redesign projects and content updates
- Support Collision Center website redesign initiatives
- Assist with SOR revamp projects
- Update and maintain staff bios across dealership websites
- Update product photos on Google Business profiles for 2026 vehicle models
Social Media & Marketing Assistance
- Assist the Marketing Assistant with social media tasks and notifications
- Support promotions, contests, and dealership marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule weekly Google Business posts
- Assist with waiting area video content for dealership locations
Content & Promotional Materials
- Assist with specials sheets and promotional material setup, including service handouts
- Review marketing responses and website content for consistency and accuracy
Digital Asset Management
- Organize photos and media assets within Google Drive
- Maintain marketing asset organization and accessibility
Website & Quality Assurance
- Conduct weekly manual website checks to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Perform weekly manual third-party pricing checks
Customer Experience & Communications
- Review and listen to phone calls for quality assurance and customer experience insights
And any other assigned duties by the Internet Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Basic graphic design experience preferred (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Comfortable using Google Drive and other digital collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in automotive marketing is a plus
