Koreserv is looking for a driven and creative **Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Associate** to join our growing **Konnect** team.
This role focuses on **digital marketing, performance marketing, and B2B lead generation**, using paid media, content, and outbound strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll work closely with the sales team to deliver **sales-ready leads through structured digital marketing and lead generation campaigns**. • *Key Responsibilities** • *Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing & Lead Generation** • Develop, implement, and optimise **digital marketing and performance marketing campaigns** across **Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and email marketing** • Manage **paid media campaigns** to drive high-quality **B2B lead generation** • Build and optimise **lead generation funnels**, including landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths • Execute **LinkedIn outbound and inbound marketing campaigns** targeting decision-makers • Manage **CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)** and maintain accurate lead data • Handle **lead qualification, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling** for the sales team • Implement **marketing automation and email nurturing campaigns** • Support demand generation initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue • Plan and execute **client-facing and internal events** • *Content Marketing & Brand Growth** • Create and publish **SEO-optimised content** across blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns • Develop **B2B content marketing assets** including case studies, client stories, and thought leadership • Produce **digital content** (graphics, short-form video, reels) using tools like Canva or Adobe • Maintain and execute a **content calendar aligned to digital marketing campaigns** • Update and optimise website content using **SEO best practices (on-page SEO, keywords, UX)** • Improve digital sales materials and proposals to increase **conversion rates** • *Reputation Management & Engagement** • Manage and grow **LinkedIn company presence** through consistent B2B content and engagement • Monitor and respond to **Google reviews**, driving **online reputation management** • Run campaigns to increase **customer reviews and brand credibility** • Track brand sentiment and engagement across digital platforms • Conduct **competitor analysis and market research** to inform strategy • *Analytics, Reporting & Conversion Optimisation** • Track and report on **digital marketing performance** (leads, conversions, ROI, CPL) • Use **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign data** to optimise performance • Improve **conversion rate optimisation (CRO)** across campaigns and landing pages • Analyse **lead generation performance and funnel metrics** • Deliver **monthly reporting on marketing performance and pipeline impact** • Provide **data-driven insights** to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI • *Requirements** • 1–2 years’ experience in **digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation** • Experience managing **paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)** • Strong understanding of **B2B marketing, demand generation, and marketing funnels** • Experience with **SEO, SEM, and inbound marketing strategies** • Familiarity with **CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)** • Experience with **email marketing and marketing automation tools** • Strong skills in **content creation, copywriting, and digital storytelling** • Experience with **Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools** • Basic understanding of **website management (WordPress or similar CMS)** • Strong analytical mindset with experience using **Google Analytics or similar tools** • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field • Valid South African driver’s licence • Portfolio of digital marketing or content work (advantageous) • *What We’re Looking For** • Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability • Results-driven with a focus on **lead generation and revenue impact** • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability • Comfortable in a **fast-paced, high-growth environment** • Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset • *About Konnect**
