Experience: 5.00 + years Salary : INR 1000000-1200000 / year (based on experience) Shift : (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST) Opportunity Type : Remote Placement Type : Full time Permanent Position (*Brand Management, Demand Generation, SEO, SEM Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across: website, SEO, SEM, email, social media, marketing automation, and display channels. Drive consistent SQL generation for assigned service verticals and collaborate closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and deal closure. Design and manage full-funnel growth programs that move prospects from awareness to revenue. Build high-performing landing pages, offers, lead magnets, and nurture journeys in collaboration with content, design, and sales teams. Analyze end-to-end customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints to improve experience and ROI. Performance Management & Analytics Measure and report campaign performance against business goals, including SQL volume, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and channel efficiency. Identify trends and insights from data and optimize marketing investments accordingly. Brand & Market Presence Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all digital channels and platforms. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of digital marketing and lead generation executives to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets. Create clear execution frameworks, performance benchmarks, and accountability structures 5–9 years of experience in inbound marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation. • Proven track record of driving SQLs and revenue growth in a B2B services environment. • Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, and CRO. • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. • Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into growth actions. • Step 3: Increase your chances to get shortlisted & meet the client for the Interview!
