The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of social and digital channels for a luxury appliances brand. This role blends creativity with analytics, overseeing both organic and paid campaigns across major platforms to build brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive e-commerce sales.

You will be responsible for building a strong digital voice, creating data-driven campaigns, and executing a full-funnel strategy that connects brand storytelling to customer acquisition and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital content strategy for a luxury appliances brand
  • Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Implement full-funnel strategies integrating awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve visibility, search rankings, and traffic, while analyzing engagement, conversion, and SEO metrics to guide ongoing strategy.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate campaigns with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align with product launches, promotions, and brand goals.
  • Oversee paid social campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, ad creation, optimization, and ROI tracking.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including photo, video, and graphic assets tailored to each platform and aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.

  • Conduct competitive and trend analysis to stay ahead of evolving digital, social commerce, and e-commerce trends.
  • Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and manage customer inquiries across platforms.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners for cross-promotions and social commerce initiatives.
  • Build and nurture an online community aligned with the brand’s target audience and customer base.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce with measurable results in driving sales, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Demonstrated success managing social media campaigns that contributed directly to revenue growth and brand expansion.
  • Experience marketing premium or luxury consumer products, preferably in appliances, interiors, home, kitchen, or lifestyle categories.
  • Platform proficiency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Strong understanding of social commerce, including product tagging, shoppable posts, and conversion-driven content.
  • Experience with paid advertising, including A/B testing, budget management, and ROI tracking.
  • Proven results in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing, connecting awareness to conversion and retention.
  • Content creation and branding expertise, with strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and present actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar.
  • More than 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or digital strategy, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands.
