About the role
Responsibilities
Develop Digital Marketing Strategies
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
- Align strategies with business goals and target audience preferences.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing
- Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Advertising
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor budgets, analyze performance, and optimize ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers.
- Run influencer and partnership campaigns.
Email & Automation Marketing
- Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, drip campaigns).
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging for better engagement.
- Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Active Campaign.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversions, CTR, ROI, etc.) using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
- Generate reports and provide data‑driven insights for optimization.
Website & UX Optimization
- Ensure the website is user‑friendly, mobile‑responsive, and optimized for conversions.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers for improvements.
Brand Management & Online Reputation
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Manage online reviews and customer feedback.
Budget Management
- Allocate and track digital marketing budgets efficiently.
- Ensure cost‑effective spending on ads and tools.
Stay Updated on Trends
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Experiment with new platforms.
