About Hidden River Cabins
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to grow Hidden River Cabins — a small collection of secluded riverside log cabins with private hot tubs and a wedding venue.
This is a broad, practical role covering performance marketing, social media, and website optimisation, with a strong focus on driving direct bookings.
You’ll be responsible for both acquiring customers and improving how they convert online.
About the role
You’ll take ownership of all core digital channels, including Google Ads, social media, and the website.
This is a role for someone who likes doing the work, not just managing it.
Key responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search + Performance Max)
- Build keyword strategy around high-intent travel searches
- Improve ROAS and cost per booking
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4 / Tag Manager)
Social Media
- Plan and create content for Instagram / Facebook/TikTok
- Focus on short-form video (cabins, hot tubs, river views, weddings)
- Grow engagement and brand awareness organically
Website & Conversion
- Update and improve website content and landing pages
- Work on booking funnel optimisation
- Suggest and implement conversion improvements
General Marketing
- Run email campaigns (offers, availability, seasonal stays)
- Test new marketing channels and ideas
- Support brand storytelling and creative direction
What we’re looking for
- Experience in digital marketing (paid + organic)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
- Comfortable creating or managing social media content
- Understanding of website basics (WordPress)
- Strong analytical mindset — focused on bookings and revenue
- Bonus: experience in hospitality, travel, or short-term rental businesses

Pay: 24,420.01-34,420.00 per year
