As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our marketing strategy through digital channels, customer engagement programs, and campaign execution. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams, you will oversee social media management, paid media campaigns, and leverage technologies like HubSpot to improve automation, reporting, and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee social media strategy and content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Business.
  • Support the marketing team across all initiatives through the management of paid ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and reporting.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy by leveraging digital tactics to identify and acquire customers.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams for asset distribution, corporate announcements, product launches, and event promotions.
  • Develop customer‑centric marketing programs to support New Era’s overall strategy.
  • Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer‑relations programs.
  • Develop new approaches for market development, data acquisition, and analysis through consultation with internal and external sources.
  • Execute paid media campaigns with the assistance of the Head of Marketing, maximizing MDF from key partners.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing team on social media strategy, including management and training on these platforms.
  • Leverage market research and social listening to refine marketing campaigns and overall strategy.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to train the team on the latest tech stack updates and manage documentation and training materials.
  • Be a power user of HubSpot with in‑depth knowledge of automation, workflows, email best practices, and list management, and serve as the primary contact for integrations.
  • Understand the functionalities of each tool in our marketing tech stack and apply best practices for integrations.
  • Provide monthly global reporting on social media, email, and paid media campaigns, delivering critical insights for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Creative Writing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
  • Proven experience running paid social, search, and display campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working within a website CMS (such as WordPress or others).
