Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions across multiple digital channels. Your expertise will help us stay ahead in a competitive landscape while fostering growth and engagement with our target audiences.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels.
- Manage and improve website content using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are applied to boost search engine rankings.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance organic search performance and increase website traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments for maximum ROI.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and engagement strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and graphic design skills.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing tactics to maximize lead generation and sales.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and performance marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google AdWords/Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics, SQL knowledge is a plus for data analysis purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media campaigns effectively across multiple channels with measurable results.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems such as WordPress is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for B2B marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to project management and team collaboration.
