Digital Marketing Manager
True Care
About the role
About the Role
True Ventures Group (TVG) is the parent organization behind three mission-driven healthcare brands: True Care (licensed home care, New York City & Westchester), Andrea's Angels (IHSS and Brain Injury Waiver services, Colorado), and Pod Health (telehealth and chronic care management, New York, Colorado and Florida). We are seeking a mid-level Digital Marketing Manager to drive organic growth, data-informed campaigns, and web presence across all three brands from a shared marketing infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable switching between strategy and execution — writing optimized content one day, pulling a GA4 funnel report the next, and spinning up a new WordPress page the day after. You will work directly with leadership and collaborate with operations and clinical teams to connect marketing outcomes to real business results.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content
- Own on-page and technical SEO across all three brand websites, including site audits, crawl health, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and indexability.
- Build and execute backlink and digital PR strategies to grow domain authority for True Care, Andrea's Angels, and Pod Health.
- Write and edit SEO-optimized service pages, pillar pages, condition pages, blog posts, landing pages, and meta content aligned to each brand's voice and audience.
- Conduct keyword research and maintain a content calendar that maps to search intent and conversion goals.
- Local SEO experience: Google My Business, Directories, Maps
- LLMO experience: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain GA4 reporting across all three brands, including event tracking, goal configuration, channel attribution, and audience segmentation.
- Connect marketing performance data to Salesforce CRM records to track lead-to-conversion pathways by channel, campaign, and source.
- Design and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent) to deliver actionable insights to leadership on a regular cadence.
- Support UTM taxonomy governance and data quality across campaigns, including integrations with CallRail and Attributer.
Web Development & CMS
- Build and maintain landing pages and service pages in WordPress using Elementor, consistent with each brand's design system.
- Handle basic front-end updates including copy, imagery, CTAs, forms, and page structure — collaborating with external developers on more complex builds.
- Ensure web content is accessible, mobile-optimized, and aligned with SEO best practices at the page level.
Email Marketing
- Manage email campaigns and audience segmentation in Mailchimp and/or HubSpot across caregiver, client, and referral partner audiences.
- Maintain list hygiene and ensure CAN-SPAM / HIPAA-appropriate email practices.
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Work within Salesforce to understand lead sources, pipeline stages, and campaign influence reporting.
- Coordinate with operations staff to ensure marketing automation and Zapier workflows are functioning and well-documented.
- Support AI-assisted workflows for content production, keyword research, reporting, and campaign optimization.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, with a meaningful portion in SEO (technical + content + link building).
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics 4, including event setup, reporting, and attribution.
- Experience building pages in WordPress with Elementor or a comparable page builder.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, optimized content for healthcare or regulated service industries.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Comfortable working across multiple brands or clients simultaneously with attention to distinct voice and audience.
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, including basic reporting or campaign tracking.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content generation, SEO research, or marketing operations (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Semrush AI, etc.).
- Familiarity with UTM tracking standards, call tracking (CallRail), or attribution tools (Attributer).
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or other regulated/mission-driven industries.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge sufficient for template edits and landing page QA.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot certifications are a plus.
What We Offer
- Meaningful work supporting healthcare organizations that serve seniors, people with disabilities, and underserved communities.
- Cross-brand exposure — you'll develop skills across multiple audiences, channels, and markets (NY metro, Florida, and Colorado).
- 100% onsite in Brooklyn, NY, getting the opportunity to work with an amazing collaborative team that has direct access to leadership and decision-makers.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
