Role Description
Brand, Community & Revenue Growth
We're seeking a creative, strategic Digital Marketing Manager to help build awareness, loyalty, and revenue for our vineyard and new freeze-dried grape healthy snack line. This role will focus on telling our story, growing our digital presence, connecting with target audiences, and creating meaningful engagement that turns interest into customer growth and sales. This is a hybrid position with set weekly days spent on the farm.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong ability to translate brand values into content, campaigns, and community-building efforts across digital channels while helping drive revenue for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute digital marketing campaigns that successfully launch and grow our freeze-dried grape snack brand.
- Develop a clear brand voice and help maintain consistency across website, email, social media, SMS, and other digital platforms.
- Identify target audiences, customer segments, and the optimal platforms for reaching them, including emerging channels such as TikTok and TikTok Shop.
- Manage and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and lifecycle journeys to drive engagement and revenue.
- Leverage MarTech tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive) to build data-driven campaigns, track customer behavior, and improve retention and conversion.
- Conduct SEO/AEO research and optimize e-commerce website content to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
- Create engaging content including social posts, short-form video, blog articles, email campaigns, SMS messaging, and product storytelling.
- Support TikTok content strategy and explore social commerce opportunities, including TikTok Shop activation and optimization.
- Support community engagement by responding to followers, encouraging conversation, and helping cultivate brand loyalty.
- Research competitors, consumer trends, and market opportunities in the snack, specialty food, and wellness space.
- Analyze campaign and content performance, then use data to refine strategy and improve results.
- Help drive revenue by supporting conversion-focused campaigns, promotional strategy, and customer acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand communications with measurable results.
- Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), preferably within healthy food, beverage, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with SEO/AEO, social media platforms, email and SMS marketing, and basic analytics.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Klaviyo,
- Attentive, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, TikTok (including TikTok Shop), and website CMS platforms.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Interest in food, beverage, agriculture, wellness, or lifestyle branding a plus.
