Our client, a rapidly growing consumer goods company in **Maiduguri, Borno, NG**, is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will oversee SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various digital platforms. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), managing budgets and optimizing for ROI. Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards digital marketing objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Manage the company's social media presence, fostering community engagement and brand advocacy. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets and copy. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and threats. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness. Work closely with the website development team to ensure optimal user experience and conversion rates. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy and execution. Proven experience managing successful SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hubspot). Excellent knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the consumer goods sector is a plus. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or relevant social media platforms are advantageous.
