Part-Time Marketing Manager, E-Commerce Growth (Remote, 10 hrs/week)

Springer Family Brands is a fast-growing portfolio of CPG brands (Sea Salt Superstore, Caravel Gourmet, Sasquatch Rock Salt, Aura Bath Soaks) seeking a data-obsessed Part-Time Marketing Manager to drive aggressive multi-channel growth.

Mission / Responsibilities

• Hit a 200-300% YoY growth target by developing and executing data‑driven strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
• Manage advertising efforts on Amazon Ads (incl. DSP), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
• Hold our external agency accountable to strict KPIs.

You are the right fit if you:

• Have a proven track record of driving triple‑digit growth for e-commerce brands.
• Are an expert in performance advertising on Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms.
• Live and breathe data, and can turn complex analytics into actionable growth plans.
• Have experience managing marketing agencies and getting results.

• 10 hours per week, flexible schedule
• $40 per hour
• Fully remote (US‑based)
