About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Paris to lead Marketing activities in France. As a member of our international marketing team, you will be involved at every stage of the customer journey. The main objective will be to target prospects and clients and generate interest in our software solutions, while building lasting relationships with them. You will collaborate closely with our local colleagues from the Customer Experience (CX) team. You will apply agile and data-oriented methodologies on a daily basis, and you will leverage new technologies, modern tools, and creative ideas. This position is for you if you know how to be autonomous while collaborating with your colleagues, and if you are ready to shape a go-to-market approach from scratch for the French market, experimenting with new ideas.
Your Missions
- Collaborate effectively with sales and consulting teams in France to transform market and client inputs into marketing actions aimed at acquiring new prospects or strengthening existing client engagement.
- Define and drive the marketing strategy for the French market, with a strong focus on demand generation, ABM, and pipeline growth.
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing activities (trade shows, media cooperations, advertising, lead generation campaigns, etc.).
- Create, produce, and evaluate high-quality communication content in French and occasionally in English (lead magnets, landing pages, blog posts, social media posts, etc.).
- Activate partners for the French market and key global markets and drive co-marketing initiatives with resellers and partners.
Your Profile
- Marketing generalist with over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with in-depth expertise in demand generation, ABM, and partner marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of the French SaaS marketing ecosystem, with demonstrated experience in executing effective marketing campaigns in niche B2B markets.
- Excellent communication skills in French (native language) and English (professional level), both spoken and written.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, online and offline channels, performance KPIs, and associated tools.
- Comfortable in a hybrid, international, and agile environment.
