What you can do for Expel
- Own and optimize our paid digital channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, display, and retargeting to drive account engagement and pipeline growth.
- Work closely with our campaigns team to translate integrated campaign strategies into powerful paid media tactics that resonate with our security‑focused audience.
- Leverage our ABX platform (6sense) to create sophisticated account‑based advertising that identifies intent signals and delivers personalized experiences at scale.
- Manage and optimize significant paid media budgets across channels, making every dollar work harder through continuous testing and refinement.
- Build and refine audience strategies that combine first‑party data, intent signals, and lookalike modeling to reach our ideal customer profile.
- Drive measurable pipeline contribution through paid channels with clear attribution and reporting that connects spend to revenue.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy and assets that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Stay ahead on platform updates, beta features, and emerging channels to bring fresh opportunities to enhance our paid media mix.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B paid digital marketing experience with deep expertise in paid social (especially LinkedIn), display, retargeting, and SEM/PPC.
- 3+ years of hands‑on ABM/ABX experience understanding account journeys, intent data, and multi‑touch campaign orchestration.
- Proven track record managing $500K+ annual paid media budgets with demonstrated ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, 6sense, and other B2B advertising platforms.
- Experience partnering with campaign teams, deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, and knowledge of how paid channels work together to accelerate pipeline.
- Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce.com, plus expertise in attribution modeling and conversion tracking.
- Data‑driven mindset balanced with creative thinking, self‑motivation, curiosity about cybersecurity, and enthusiasm for continuous optimization.
- Bachelor's degree or a compelling story.
Additional Notes
- Base salary range: $85,700 USD – $120,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
- Transparent and equitable pay; salary based on experience, skills, team equity, and market data.
