We are excited to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to amplify our paid social programs on LinkedIn and Meta. This pivotal role is within the Growth Marketing team and reports to the Director of Growth, focusing on driving inbound growth through lead generation, pipeline development, and accelerating deal velocity across key business segments.

The ideal applicant will be a proficient paid social professional with extensive platform knowledge and a successful history of executing large-scale campaigns. You should possess a strong understanding of advanced targeting techniques, creative best practices, and performance enhancements across LinkedIn, Meta, and similar platforms, along with knowledge of how paid social fits into broader multi-channel efforts.

This represents a high-impact individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, aligns stakeholders with overarching goals, and effectively translates comprehensive campaigns into measurable business outcomes through robust execution, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the paid social strategy for LinkedIn and Meta, establishing clear objectives and a full-funnel approach that aligns with growth targets.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to enhance campaign structure, strategize experimentation roadmaps, and guide messaging and creative direction.
  • Work alongside segment teams to transform account and expansion strategies into targeted paid social campaigns, collaborating on audience targeting, messaging, and execution to connect with high-value prospects.
  • Develop and manage test-and-learn programs across various audiences and creative strategies, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics for paid social, including metrics like pipeline contribution, conversion speed, return on ad spend (ROAS), and performance at different stages.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into results, informing budget and strategic decisions.
  • Present regular performance updates and strategic insights to Growth leadership and other stakeholders, linking outcomes to business impact.
  • Stay informed on platform advancements, targeting options, and measurement innovations to continually refine strategy and uncover growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of B2B digital marketing experience with a strong emphasis on managing paid social initiatives in a rapid-growth SaaS environment.
  • Capability to customize strategies and investment approaches by business segment, focusing on enterprise and account-based marketing.
  • Experience in managing reporting and measurement, leveraging performance data for strategic insights and investment decisions.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with agency partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in various marketing and analytics platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.

Compensation

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $115,000 - $175,000 USD.
